Rising Star Energy Healing System
ABOUT THE RISING STAR
Simply put, science has proven that everything is energy. And as humans, we have an internal energy field called a chakra system, and an external energy field called an auric system. When we experience illness, stress or imbalance – the latter of which are very common for busy parents! – our energy systems are affected, making us feel sluggish / stuck, run down, foggy or unwell. We may feel these symptoms on a physical, emotional, mental, and / or spiritual level.
Sourced from an ancient Tibetan lineage, the Rising Star works by directing energy through your chakra and auric systems so that your entire being can balance and heal. A single session raises the vibration of both systems, reinstating a natural flow of life force energy – and allowing you to feel revitalized on every level of your being.
During a session, the client lies still while the practitioner works with a mudra (hand position) and a mantra (meditative chant) over each of the client’s 7 major chakras. Sessions are conducted either in person or by distance; both are equally effective. Most people describe a feeling of deep, peaceful relaxation during a session, and the energies continue their healing effect for a full 21 days after the session.
Because energies are shared in family systems, the benefits of each Rising Star session benefit are shared with your partner if you have one, child(ren), pets, and all in your environment.

30 Min. Guided Meditation Transformational Session
Pause, take a breath, and spark clearing, peace, and relaxation … Turn Wednesdays into a Wellness Wednesday and give yourself a little self-Luvin mid-week. Take this opportunity to pause, take a breath, and enjoy the gift of a 30-minute reset for yourself to bring about positive change for YOU.
We will pick a new topic each Wednesday we meet at 1:30pm Hawaii time / (7:30 pm Eastern / 4:30 pm Pacific).
By announcement Wednesdays 2x a month, these 30-minute ZOOM sessions are great for those eager to transform, relax, reset and heal, and short on time. Join in for a relaxing, hypnotherapy-based guided healing meditation to spark clearing, peace and rejuvenation!
